Father of Janissary James. He was a Spartan-1.¹ His real name was James Lee.² His real job is unknown, but he drove a "black taxi," which is a vehicle that operates "off the grid."³

He was probably responsible for burning down a police station to protect information about Janissary.⁴

As part of Thin Kinkle's torture of Jan, Thin captured and murdered James James in front of her.⁵
