So far, just the voice of the Quartermaster's Help Desk, Maria is the stereotypical bureaucratic phone operator who, armed with a whiny sarcastic voice, will get the job done for you. (in a couple of days, provided you submit the right forms, that is...) We first encounter Maria speaking with the Cranky Old Man who was evacuated from Troy.
