Operator of the Apollonian Temple Casino that hires Kamal (through Aiden) to catch a group of college students who are using uvular implants to communicate and cheat at blackjack. After Kamal successfully impersonates the ringleader, Antonio and wins back more than the casino had lost, Mr. F gives Kamal 30% of what he made. Kamal leaves with a large amount of chips.

It is strongly implied that Mister F has criminal underground connections through references to the casino's tax evasion and his attempted use of violence to "discourage" the cheaters (until Kamal objects).
