Owner of the Apollonian Temple Casino. He hires Aiden to help him catch some Stadnford students that are cheating his casino. Aiden enlists Kamal who figures out they are using uvular implants to communicate. Antonio is their ringleader. The students make caustic remarks about immigrant students. After Kamal successfully impersonates Antonio and wins back more than the casino had lost, Mr. F. gives Kamal 30% of what he made. Kamal leaves with a large amount of chips.

Mr. F. would have severely injured or killed the card counters if Kamal did not stop them.
