Melissa's favourite song: Stormy Weather. Quote (from the Phase 2 Operator's Monologue):
- "It's a sad thing I'm married, You could break my heart." The weather was stormy, scratched vinyl, and all of us a long way from home: I felt real.
- Also (The Sleeping Princess says, in her August 3 e-mail): "Life is bare, gloom and misery everywhere
  Stormy weather, just can't get my poor old self together"
