Yes, but we can't be sure that they're referring to Standish as one of the decision-making Admirals. From the latest recipe3 (http://www.ilovebees.com/recipt3.html) clip, standish.wav (http://www.ilovebees.com/outbound/standish.wav), we have now learned that Standish is in Section Three. Section 3 of ONI is responsible for special projects, like the SPARTAN-IIs. It also administered the underground base on Reach where the Holy Light was discovered. --Anton P. Nym 09:04, 16 Sep 2004 (EDT)
