you're also editing the audio clip page... you don't lose everything, your changes are still at the bottom, it's a matter of checking the differences (below the first text box) and merging the two and saving again. We were combating for the save :) I kept the filename in their original cases as well, we don't want to confuse things, and it's nicer anyway :) --thebruce 15:20, 14 Sep 2004 (EDT)

THanks for working with the wave stuff. I was on a dial up from home ( my son was home from school) and I had to wait for someone to get home to stay with him.. Please fix whatvever you can and want in the format. I am trying to make it consistent now. This was a pretty big challenge for me, as I am only a normal person, not thebruce. No idea. I know that the Wiki has the capability to upload images, but I also know that Extrasonic has chosen not to implement it. (Click on "Upload file" in the toolbox in the sidebar to see what I mean.) I still think it'd be a good idea myself. -- Shadow 19:14, 23 Oct 2004 (EDT)

Well personally I mostly read through the text so I usually make it a popup link, that was I can flip back and forth if necessary, but I'm not forced to scroll through the typically enormous images that then take up half the length of the page, then if I need to compare two images together while checking with the text, I could view all three at the same time without having to scroll between them... I generally considered embedded files to be linkable that way and keep the straight text displayed on the text page... but that's just the compulsive way I am ;) I'm the same way in forums - unless it's a 'gallery' thread showing image after image in one column without accompanying text, I prefer links I can open in a new window to view images (et al). I only organized the puzzle pages like this because IMO it keeps the page MUCH cleaner to work with, but obviously the drawback is that multiple windows are needed to view everything... I just prefer multiple windows to scrolling up and down and up and down consistently :) --thebruce 15:13, 24 Oct 2004 (EDT)
